This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath luxury Lucayan villa averages 2,730 square feet. Two bedrooms with en-suite private marble bathrooms located on the first floor. The master bedroom offers a private terrace overlooking the gardens.

The second floor features the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room, and a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. The beautifully furnished living room and dining room also lead out to private balconies with spectacular garden views.

There are (limited) connecting villas that open at respective interior stairwells should you need even more space! Rollaways are not offered.

Very big residence in a nice location but with space for improvement. The apartment was big with a very well equipped kitchen. We tried 2/3 restaurants and the service was extremely slow, not particularly kind and the menù quite poor. Prices are extremely high for everything. The beach is nice even if there are better places in the island. I am not sure I will choose again this residence if coming back to Exuma

Beautiful location, beach was stunning and appreciated that they cleaned it up daily (unlike sandals nextdoor that had lots of washed up seaweed and plastic). Has decent snorkeling from right in front of resort Staff were friendly Both the pools were excellent Lots of options and plentiful supply of sunbeds Was nice to have use of paddle boards/snorkel gear

Incredible beach. Lovely spacious rooms and very well kitted out. The staff everywhere were , so kind and friendly and smiley. Nothing was too much effort. It’s paradise and we literally had the trip of a lifetime.
